MARINE RIGGING TECHNICIAN
We are now seeking a Marine Rigging Technician. Some of this position’s duties include commissioning and decommissioning masts and sails for service and storage. Assess, repair, replace, and maintain spars, rigging, and deck hardware. Boat handling experience and basic DC electrical knowledge preferred but not required. Applicant must be a self motivated team player, able to lift 50 lbs. and have a strong work ethic.
Position is full time, year round from 7am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday. We offer competitive pay, paid time off, paid holidays, 401k retirement plan with matching contributions, health insurance, life insurance and paid training.

GENERAL YARD LABOR TEAM MEMBER
We are looking for an individual to join our general yard labor team. Some of this position’s duties include: hauling/moving/launching boats, unstepping/stepping masts, pressure washing boats, boat handling, bottom painting of boats, boat cleaning, and yard maintenance. Applicant must be able to lift 50 lbs. and have a strong work ethic.

We are seeking a marine fabricator and welder to join our team at our full-service boatyard and boat building facility operating in Mount Desert, Maine. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years experience in the industry. Good communication skills and strong work ethic are necessary prerequisites. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and comfortable working in, on, and around boats.
